We had such a great stay at Jen and Seth's place! We spent a peaceful few days there with our small dog, and a couple of friends joined for two days. The house itself has everything you need for a short or long stay, they have thought of everything (even hot tub towels)! It is nicely decorated, like the photos, yet it wasn't fussy and we felt comfortable there instantly. We used many of the lovely perks of the house, such as the hot tub and deck, outdoor fire pit, indoor fire place and even the gym, all were easy to use and in great condition. They even have videos to show you how to use things, which was helpful! The trail that connects to the property out into the woods was such a unique perk, we loved that. The beds were comfy, loved the sheets. The location is close to so many great places to eat in Livingston Manor and Roscoe, and a quick walk to Arnold House down the road. Seriously one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in, and we hope to come back one day! Thanks again!

Amazing place to stay for a recharge. The place is better than the pictures. It was made for comfort for sure, loved every inch of that property! Would definitely want to come back one day.

This is a wonderful property! We went on a writing retreat and found the amenities to be amazing. The grounds and nearby trails were wonderful to go on walks w. our dog. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing stay and my boyfriend and I will DEFINITELY be back. We loved the space and it was the perfect getaway for us. Hot tub and cold plunge were the best parts. There were hiking trails around so we are dying to come back in the spring and summer.
There are not enough words to put into description of how amazing this house was. It was a peaceful and luxurious house and everything was perfectly laid out for us.
Couldn’t recommend this air bnb more!!! They really set the bar high

Me and my husband wanted to get out the city and enjoy some space in nature. Jen & Seth’s place was so great, we absolutely loved everything about it and they were extremely communicative making sure we had everything we needed. The wow factor was real when we first stepped inside. It really was the perfect getaway even in the depth of winter with crazy snow. The gym on premise was so convenient to still keep our workout routines in and the hot tub of course is always bonus! We would definitely be back in the future!

Beautiful home, we loved the view! Everything was so clean and aesthetically pleasing; very quiet area. My sister in law had a great time with her Bach Weekend, she didn’t want to leave!
